Job summary

The Juris Agency in Florida is seeking a full-time insurance sales professional. You will advise clients and tailor Property & Casualty solutions while building lasting relationships, supported by Allstate training and strong earning potential.

Flexibility to work remote or in-office depending on license; Monday–Friday, full-time schedule with 8:30 AM–5:00 PM ET hours. Prior sales experience and active Florida license required or transferable license considerations.

Qualifications

• Active insurance license appropriate to location and work arrangement.
• Prior experience in insurance sales.
• Prior experience with Property & Casualty (P&C) products preferred.
• Allstate-specific experience is a must.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, customer-first approach.
• Strong self-motivation and time-management skills.
• Tech-savviness with CRM platforms and virtual meeting tools.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with ability to build rapport quickly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through our portfolio of insurance products.
• Identify client needs through consultative conversations and recommend tailored insurance solutions.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships, prioritizing service, transparency, and retention.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Stay current on industry trends, product offerings, and regulatory updates.
• Use CRM systems to manage leads, follow-ups, and compliance documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve the client experience.
