Nabozny & Associates, Inc. is seeking a competitive Insurance Producer to convert leads into long-lasting customer relationships. You will communicate with clients, determine needs, and market products that maximize value.

Strong focus on building trust with diverse communities in Maple Grove, MN, with opportunities for advancement and a performance-based bonus. Licensing assistance provided by the agency. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Competenze

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Property/Casualty license (must be able to obtain, current licensees preferred).
Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving measurable results.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Use your knowledge of insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
