Job summary

Texas P&C license is required; Life/Health license is preferred. You will manage client relationships, meet sales goals, and keep CRM records up to date.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, networking, and lead follow-up
• Quote and sell Farmers Insurance products including auto, home, life, and commercial policies
• Conduct needs-based consultations to recommend coverage and close sales
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention, cross-selling, and referrals
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals, KPIs, and performance metrics
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and pipeline activity in the agency CRM
