Job summary

Zohorecruit in Fresno, CA is seeking a licensed Life Insurance Agent to sell and build a scalable agency. You’ll manage the full sales cycle from consultation to policy placement using our inbound Google leads.

This role offers uncapped earning potential with commission-based contracts, plus optional agency-building opportunities to recruit, mentor, and lead a team of producers through our recruiting system.

Qualifications

• Active Life Insurance License is required.
• Background in life insurance sales, telesales, or financial services.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and self-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition & Sales: Consult with warm, high-intent leads to assess coverage needs, present suitable insurance solutions, and submit applications.
• Pipeline & Relationship Management: Conduct follow-ups, maintain policyholder records, and ensure smooth underwriting and policy delivery.
• Agency Building (Optional/Growth Path): Utilize complimentary recruiting leads and plug into our recruitment system to hire, train, and mentor new agents to earn agency overrides.
• Continuous Development: Participate in ongoing product education, advanced sales strategy sessions, and leadership training.
