Qualifications

• Must have an active Property and Casualty license.
• In-office role based in Austin, TX.
• Experience in sales and achieving quotas preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Self-motivated with ability to multi-task and relate to customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service including inquiries about availability, coverages, policy changes, transfers, and billing.
