Karen Yelder-Beard Insurance Agency in Rochester Hills, Michigan is seeking a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative to be the friendly voice for clients, guide them through their insurance needs, and ensure they feel secure and well-cared for.

If you have a valid Michigan P&C license, strong problem solving, and a warm, inviting personality, you will join a team with hands-on training, a Mon-Fri schedule, and ongoing education aimed at growth.

Qualifications

• Valid Michigan Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
• Willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
• Professional phone etiquette.
• Great customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing accurate and timely information.
• Assist clients with policy changes, endorsements, and billing questions.
• Process new insurance applications and renewals efficiently.
• Handle customer complaints with empathy and work towards satisfactory resolutions.
• Maintain policy files and customer records accurately in the agency management system.
• Collaborate with agents to support client needs and retention efforts.
• Educate clients on policy coverages and options.
