Qualifications

• Driving: A valid driver’s license is required, as the role involves local travel to meet clients and inspect properties.
• Physical Capability: This role requires walking, sitting, standing, climbing, and exposure to outdoor weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Drive Growth: Promote and secure new insurance business while maintaining and servicing existing policies and valued policyholders.
• Follow Best Practices: Conduct business in alignment with company guidelines, underwriting requirements, and ethical standards.
• Provide Outstanding Service: Deliver excellent customer service to external and internal stakeholders, fostering positive relationships across the board.
• Collaborate with Leaders: Work alongside regional sales managers, Farm Bureau Federation coordinators, and local Farm Bureau Boards to support member service initiatives and county activities.
• Maintain Excellence: Meet or exceed training, production, and compliance requirements to ensure consistent professional development.
• Assess and Document: Travel to client locations to document and assess insured properties as part of the underwriting process.
