Matic is seeking a licensed insurance agent, retention specialist in Columbus, Ohio, to focus on existing customers, increase policy sales and improve retention by advocating for clients and offering additional products.

Reporting to the Manager of Retention, you will conduct renewal reviews, process endorsements, and guide policyholders on claims-related items while striving to meet sales targets for calls, cross-sales and retention.

Qualifications

• Active Personal Lines License required.
• Ability to work in a sales-driven environment.
