Job summary

Summit Sky Consulting seeks driven life insurance professionals to partner with licensed agents. You will outreach to inbound digital prospects, assess coverage needs, and write tailored policies while managing policy status and client retention.

An optional path includes building a scalable agent network with recruiting workflows and potential overrides. Offers turn-key solutions, inbound leads, and back-office guidance to maximize results.

Qualifications

• Active Life Insurance License is required.
• Proven aptitude in remote sales, financial consulting, or direct customer acquisition.
• Strong self-management, persuasive communication, and goal-setting habits.

Responsibilities

• Direct Client Outreach: Connect with inbound prospects, assess needs, and write tailored insurance policies.
• Application Processing: Track policy status through underwriting, update records, and maintain client retention.
• Agency Expansion (Optional): Access recruiting prospects, onboard and mentor new producers, earn overrides.
• Professional Growth: Attend carrier product reviews, closing strategy workshops, and leadership seminars.
