The role offers 100% commission-based pay with potential up to 140% based on personal and group volume, plus tools to recruit and mentor an agent network if you choose.

Responsibilities

• Direct Client Outreach: Connect with inbound digital prospects, assess financial protection needs, and write tailored policies.
• Application Processing: Track policy status through carrier underwriting, handle administrative updates, and maintain client retention.
• Agency Expansion (Optional): Access recruiting prospects and hiring workflows to onboard and earn overrides from new producers.
• Professional Growth: Attend carrier reviews, closing strategy workshops, and leadership seminars.
