Job Title: Licensed Life Insurance Agent – Segment A (Emerging Producers)

Location: Remote (U.S. Only)

Overview:

Atlanta Life General Agency (ALGA), in partnership with 4N Business Group, is actively recruiting licensed life insurance agents with 3–8 years of production experience to join its national team of financial professionals. This role targets growth-oriented agents ready to scale their book of business through a high-support, commission-based platform. ALGA is focused on emerging producers who want to build legacy income while helping families secure long-term protection and financial stability.

Requirements

Ideal Candidate Qualities:

  • Self-motivated and coachable with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Demonstrates a genuine desire to help others and serve community needs
  • Effective communicator with strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote, digital-first environment
  • Previous experience in sales or financial services is a plus, but not required
  • Active Life and Health Insurance License, or willingness to obtain one
  • Personal computer or laptop with a camera and reliable internet access
  • Basic computer skills and comfort with virtual tools and CRM systems
  • Residency in the United States or Canada
