Job summary

Confie and its family of companies seek a Licensed Call Center Insurance Agent (Sales, Customer Service) in California. You will sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers with high-volume inbound leads and supportive licensing training.

This full-time position offers a pay range of $60,000 to $150,000 per year, plus unlimited commissions, incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package including retirement plan and gym reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Licensed Insurance Agent preferred; the employer will support licensing.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a strong plus.
• Experience in sales or customer service required.
• Strong ability to build relationships and earn trust.

Responsibilities

• Sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers.
• Grow earnings by offering additional products such as homeowners or health insurance.
• Maintain accurate records in the agency management system.
• Establish rapport and provide expert guidance to customers.
