Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Insurance Sales, with the ability to prospect, consult, and close policies effectively.
• Strong knowledge of Insurance products, including policy structures and regulatory considerations.
• Understanding of Finance principles relevant to premiums, claims, risk assessment, and client financial planning.
• Excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships and delivering clear, empathetic communication.
• Active insurance licenses for P&C and Life, Accident, Health in Texas (or ability to obtain within a specified timeframe).
• Experience working with insurance carriers, CRM systems, and policy administration tools.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and adherence to ethical sales and advisory practices.
• Preferred: Prior experience in commercial or small-business insurance and familiarity with consulting or advisory environments.

Responsibilities
