Job Title: Licensed Insurance Agent at Progressive Insurance

Active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines License Required. This position does not provide training to obtain a license. Please ensure you have an active license before applying.

This work-from-home role involves building relationships with customers through high-volume inbound calls—no cold calling, no commission. You’ll assist customers with their insurance needs, educate them about coverage options, and offer products tailored to their needs. Bring your active license, and we’ll provide the technology and systems to facilitate the sales process, allowing you to focus on the customer. Join our Customer Care team and utilize your customer service, communication, and organizational skills to grow your career. This is a remote position.

Bilingual Spanish/English positions are also available.

Must-have Qualifications

• Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license
• Minimum of two years relevant work experience or two years post-secondary education
• For bilingual roles: Fluent in Spanish and English (speak and read)

Schedule:

This is a full-time position with schedules including weekdays, one weekend day, and evening hours after training.

Work From Home Office Requirements

• Designated noise-free workspace
• High-speed internet (at your expense unless law requires otherwise)
• Computer connected via cable to the router/modem (no wireless)
• Hardware connected to a surge protector

Compensation

• $22.00/hour
• Annual cash incentive up to 16% based on company performance
• Additional 10% for evening/weekend hours
• $1.00/hour extra if bilingual (English/Spanish)
