In this work-from-home role, you’ll focus on building relationships with customers through high-volume inbound calls—no cold calling, no commission! You’ll assist customers with their needs, educate them about coverage options, and offer products tailored to their needs. Bring your active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license, and we’ll provide the technology and systems to facilitate the sales process, so you can focus on the customer. Join our Customer Care team at Progressive and utilize your customer service, communication, and organizational skills to grow your career. This is a remote position.

Bilingual Spanish/English positions are also available.

Must-have Qualifications

1. Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license
2. A minimum of two years relevant work experience.
3. OR A minimum of two years post-secondary education.
4. Bilingual Spanish/English: Fluent in both spoken and written forms.

Start Date: July or August 2025

Schedule: Full-time, including a combination of weekdays, one weekend day, and evening hours after training.

Work From Home Office Requirements:

• Designated quiet workspace
• High-speed internet (at your expense unless legally provided)
• Computer connected via cable to the router or modem
• Hardware connected to a surge protector

Compensation:

• $22.00/hour
• Annual gainshare bonus up to 16% of earnings based on company performance
• Additional 10% for evening or weekend hours
• $1.00/hour extra if bilingual (English & Spanish)
