Job summary

MAPS Agency LLC in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Full-Time Insurance Sales Associate. This phone-driven role focuses on new policies, quotes, bundling Home & Auto, cross-selling, and increasing written premiums.

Successful candidates will earn base compensation plus performance-based incentives/commission and have growth opportunities by meeting agency production goals. Texas Property & Casualty license preferred; strong communication skills required.

Qualifications

• Outbound sales experience by phone or in a contact center.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive new policy sales over the phone and via warm leads.
• Follow up on inbound/outbound leads to progress quotes to close.
• Assist in Home and Auto policy bundling and cross-selling to grow written premium.
