Job summary

Farmers Insurance Agencies in Oklahoma City is seeking licensed insurance professionals or motivated sales producers for their Protégé Program. This role offers a paid mentorship leading to agency ownership, providing real earning potential without any capital investment.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills, a desire for entrepreneurial ventures, and an interest in the insurance industry. Training covers all insurance lines including Life and Commercial.

Qualifications

• Active P&C license preferred, will consider candidates willing to obtain licensure.
• Must be located in the Oklahoma City area or willing to relocate.
• Background in sales, insurance, financial services, or customer facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Protégé Program offering mentorship toward agency ownership.
• Work closely with a dedicated mentor agent.

Farmers Insurance is hiring for the Protégé Program in the Oklahoma City area. This is a paid mentorship position with a direct pathway to agency ownership, no capital requirement, and real earning potential from day one.

• Base salary plus commission and monthly bonuses from day one
• Agency ownership within approximately one year
• No capital requirement to open your agency

Who we are looking for:

• Active P&C license strongly preferred, but candidates willing to obtain licensure will be considered
• Located in or near the Oklahoma City Metropolitan Area
• Background in sales, insurance, financial services, or customer facing roles
• Entrepreneurial mindset with genuine interest in business ownership
• Strong communicator who builds trust and rapport naturally
• Self starter who takes initiative without needing to be managed
