Active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines License Required. This position does not include training to obtain a license. Please ensure you have an active license before applying.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers via high-volume inbound calls, focusing on building relationships and providing tailored coverage options.
• Educate customers about available products and services.
• Utilize provided technology and systems to facilitate sales and customer service.

Qualifications

• Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license.
• At least two years of relevant work experience or equivalent post-secondary education.
• Bilingual roles require fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written).

Additional Details

• Start date: June or July 2025.
• Full-time, remote position with a schedule including weekdays, one weekend day, and evenings post-training.
• Work-from-home requirements include a designated quiet workspace, high-speed internet, and specific hardware setup.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly wage: $22.00.
