If you enjoy helping others and thrive in a fast-paced environment, you might be a fit for Progressive’s insurance agent position. In this work-from-home role, you’ll focus on building relationships with customers through high-volume inbound calls—no cold calling, no commission! You’ll assist customers with their needs, educate them about coverage options, and offer tailored products. Bring your active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license, and we’ll provide the technology and systems to facilitate sales, so you can focus on the customer. Join our Customer Care team at Progressive and utilize your customer service, communication, and organizational skills to grow your career. This is a remote position.

Bilingual Spanish/English positions are also available.

Must-have Qualifications

• Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license
• A minimum of two years relevant work experience OR a minimum of two years post-secondary education
• For Bilingual Spanish/English roles: Fluent in Spanish and English (speak and read)

Start Date: June or July 2025

Schedule: Full-time with a schedule that includes weekdays, one weekend day, and evening hours after training.

Work From Home Office Requirements

• Designated noise-free workspace
• High-speed internet at your expense unless legally provided
• Computer must be connected via cable to the router/modem
• All hardware must be connected to a surge protector

Compensation

• $22.00/hour
• Annual cash incentive up to 16% of earnings based on company performance
• Additional 10% for evening/weekend hours
• $1.00/hour extra if bilingual in English and Spanish
