This is a remote position. Bilingual Spanish/English roles are also available.

Must-have Qualifications

• Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license
• A minimum of two years relevant work experience or
• A minimum of two years post-secondary education
• For bilingual roles: Fluent in Spanish and English (speak and read)

Schedule:

This is a full-time position. Schedules typically include weekdays, one weekend day, and evening hours after training.

Work From Home Office Requirements

• Designated noise-free workspace
• High-speed internet at your expense unless legally provided
• Computer must be connected via cable to the router/modem (no wireless)
• Hardware must be connected to a surge protector

Compensation

• $22.00/hour
• Gainshare annual cash incentive up to 16% based on company performance
• Additional 10% for evening or weekend hours
• $1.00/hour extra if bilingual in English and Spanish
