Active Property & Casualty Or Personal Lines License Required

This position doesn’t provide training to obtain a license. Please ensure you have an active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license before applying.

If you enjoy helping others and thrive in a fast-paced environment, you might be a fit for Progressive’s insurance agent position. This work-from-home role focuses on building relationships through high-volume inbound calls—no cold calling, no commission. You’ll assist customers with their needs, educate them about coverage options, and offer tailored products. Bring your active license, and we’ll provide the technology to make the sales process easy, allowing you to focus on the customer. Bilingual Spanish/English positions are also available.

Must-have Qualifications

• Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license
• At least two years of relevant work experience OR
• Two years of post-secondary education
• Bilingual Spanish/English: Fluent in both (speak and read)

Training and Schedule

Training begins in June or July 2025. This is a full-time role with schedules including weekdays, one weekend day, and evenings after training.

Work From Home Office Requirements

• Dedicated workspace free from noise and distractions
• High-speed internet (at your expense unless legally required)
• Computer connected via cable to the router/modem (no wireless)
• Hardware connected to a surge protector

Compensation

• $22.00/hour
• Annual cash incentive up to 16% based on company performance
• Additional 10% for evening/weekend hours
• Additional $1/hour if bilingual in English and Spanish
