Active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines License Required. This position doesn’t provide training to obtain a license. Please ensure you have an active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license before applying.

In this work-from-home role, you’ll focus on building relationships with customers through high-volume inbound calls—no cold calling, no commission! You’ll assist customers with their needs, educate them about coverage options, and offer tailored products. Bring your active license, and we’ll provide the technology and systems to make sales easy, so you can focus on the customer. Join our Customer Care team at Progressive and use your customer service, communication, and organizational skills to grow your career. This is a remote position.

Bilingual Spanish/English positions are also available.

Must-have Qualifications

• Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license
• Minimum of two years relevant work experience or
• Two years post-secondary education
• For bilingual roles: Fluent in Spanish and English (speak and read)

Start Date:

July or August 2025

Schedule:

Full-time, including weekdays, one weekend day, and evening hours after training.

Work From Home Office Requirements

• Designated noise-free workspace

Compensation

• $22/hour
• Annual gainshare bonus up to 16%
• Additional 10% for evening/weekend hours
• $1/hour extra if bilingual in English and Spanish
