• Two+ years of insurance sales or customer advocacy experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and agency management software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Life and Health license is a plus.
• Consistently producing at least 40 items per month.

Responsibilities

• Meet with potential clients in the Dothan office to assess insurance needs.
• Generate accurate quotes and explain coverage options clearly.
• Maintain active pipeline and nurture relationships with existing clients.
• Review policyholder accounts to identify gaps and present better solutions.
• Process incoming payments and handle routine inquiries with care.
• Collaborate with the office to improve client outreach strategies.
