Job Description

The Licensed Inside Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth through inbound and outbound interactions. The role involves using strong sales skills to uncover customer needs, identify coverage gaps, recommend solutions, and influence purchase decisions within Allstate's broad product portfolio, including other Allstate-owned brands. Performance is evaluated based on sales, time management, quality of business, and adherence to regulations.

  1. Work from home by connecting with prospective customers via calls, live chat, SMS, etc.
  2. Utilize insurance expertise to uncover needs, recommend solutions, and convert prospects into customers using a proven sales strategy.
  3. Obtain or hold an active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license, with Allstate supporting licensing processes.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Pay: $17.50/hour
  • Target Total Compensation: $49,400 - $74,100/year (Base + Uncapped Incentives). Incentives are based on productivity and are not guaranteed.
  • Additional benefits include shift differentials, bilingual pay, paid training, licensing support, internet reimbursement, and comprehensive benefits from day one.
  • Sign-on Bonus: $3,000 upon completing licensing requirements before hire, or after 90 days for external applicants.
Job Requirements
  • Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty License preferred; support for obtaining license provided.
  • At least 1 year of sales, customer service, or related experience preferred.
  • Availability for weekend and night hours.
  • High stress tolerance, critical thinking, good communication, and independence.
  • Reliable internet, dedicated home workspace, and a HS Diploma or GED.
