Millwood Hospital in Arlington, TX, part of Universal Health Services, seeks an Inpatient Therapist for our PICU unit to deliver comprehensive mental health services in an inpatient setting.

The role involves conducting assessments, providing individual/group/family therapy, and managing crises. A Master's in Social Work and an applicable license are required to join our multidisciplinary team and contribute to patient care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or related mental health field.
• State licensure: LPC, LPC-A, LMFT, LMSW or LCSW required.
• 1–3 years' psychiatric health care facility experience preferred.
• Strong assessment, crisis intervention, and family therapy skills.

Responsabilités

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based methods.
• Manage crisis situations with de-escalation techniques to ensure safety.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams and maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation.
• Support data collection for quality improvement initiatives.
