Job summary

Old Vineyard Behavioral Health Services in Winston-Salem, NC, seeks a full-time Licensed Therapist to support inpatient and outpatient psychiatric care for adolescents through adults. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to assess needs and plan individualized treatment.

Responsibilities include conducting psychosocial histories, leading psychoeducational groups, and coordinating discharge/aftercare planning. A Master's degree and NC licensure are required; LCAS is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, or related human services field.
• Current North Carolina license (LCMHC/LCMHCA, LCSW/LCSWA, LMFT/LMFTA); LCAS preferred.
• One year of direct clinical experience with adolescents and/or adults in family, individual, and group therapy.

Responsibilities

• Interviews patients and develops psychosocial history within established timelines.
• Acts as patient/family primary contact and advocate with the treatment team.
• Conducts psychoeducational therapy groups and leads discharge/aftercare planning.

Education

Master's Degree in social work or counseling

Current North Carolina licensure (LCMHC/LCMHCA, LCSW/LCSWA, LMFT/LMFTA)
