Job summary

GENNTE Technologies seeks a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) to support mental health in a rural Iowa healthcare setting. The LISW will assess psychosocial needs, formulate individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions across the lifespan.

As part of an integrated care team, you will collaborate with primary care providers, nurses, and behavioral health colleagues to ensure coordinated, whole-person care for underserved communities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active LISW license in Iowa.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred.
• Experience working in rural or medically underserved settings is a plus.
