Job summary

You will collaborate with primary care providers, nurses, and behavioral health colleagues to deliver evidence-based therapies across the lifespan, address depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, and adjust to community needs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active LISW license in Iowa.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred.
