You will document care in the EHR for billing and compliance, while coordinating with a psychiatrist and multidisciplinary team to support patient outcomes.

Qualifications

Provides outpatient counseling and evidence based mental health counseling interventions.
Documents services in EHR for billing submission in compliance with standards as provided by the clinic business office.
Demonstrates ability to complete comprehensive social histories to develop a clinical assessment and treatment plan.
Collaborates with psychiatrist in caring for Behavioral health patients.
Participates in meetings and continuing education activities to increase knowledge of resources.

Responsabilités
