Job summary

LifeStance Health is actively seeking Licensed Therapists (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) in Washington to join our clinical team in Spokane. This W2 employed role offers a competitive compensation package, a sign-on bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package.

The position supports adult and/or child/adolescent therapy, with flexible, hybrid scheduling (in-person plus remote options) and a schedule that can be full-time or part-time to fit work/life balance.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed in Washington State.
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW/LCSW).
• Experience with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
• Experience providing individual and/or couples therapy.
