Job summary

Society for Social Work and Research is seeking licensed therapists in Washington for a hybrid in-person/remote role in Renton. We welcome LMHC, LMFT, and LICSW candidates who provide care for adults and/or children/adolescents, with a focus on clinical excellence and patient-centered outcomes.

The position offers W2 employment, a sign-on bonus, a cash-based incentive plan, and a comprehensive benefits package, with part-time and full-time options and 401K matching.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed in Washington State.
• Licensure for LMHC, LMFT or LICSW required.
• Experience with adult and/or child/adolescent populations helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and/or couples therapy to patients.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to develop treatment plans.
• Maintain documentation and progress notes in the charting system.
