Job summary

Lifestance-Health in Washington State is seeking licensed therapists (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) to join a patient-centered team. The role offers both in-person and remote flexibility in a hybrid office environment, with competitive compensation and a W2 employment setup.

Positions available as full-time or part-time, with a comprehensive benefits package including a sign-on bonus, 401K match, CEUs, and malpractice insurance. Prior experience with adults and/or children/adolescents is valued.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed to practice in Washington State as LMHC, LMFT or LICSW.
• Experience with adult and/or child/adolescent populations recommended.
• Ability to provide supervision to associates in-person is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and/or couples therapy to patients.
• Maintain high standards of patient care and clinical excellence.
• Support associates with supervision time (in-person) at $70/hour, 2 hours/week per associate.
