Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking Licensed Therapists (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) in Washington state. The role offers a hybrid model with both in-person and remote flexibility, and a compensation range of $90,000–$115,000 depending on productivity.

We provide a W2 employed position with a sign-on bonus, 401K with match, CEUs, paid parental leave, malpractice insurance, and both full-time and part-time options to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed in Washington State (LMHC/LMFT/LICSW).
• Experience with adult and/or child-adolescent populations.
• Proficiency in individual and/or couples therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services to individuals, groups, and/or couples.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary clinician team to coordinate care.
