Job summary

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 10 years of maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, and MI Mechanical Contractors License with the listed licenses, plus EPA Section 608 refrigerant certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associates in HVACR preferred.
• 10 years of general maintenance experience in commercial/industrial buildings.
• Valid driver's license required.
• MI Mechanical Contractors License with HVAC Equipment, Refrigeration, Heating Service (limited/unlimited), Refrigeration/AC Service (limited/unlimited), and Hydronic Heating/Cooling/Process Piping.
• Specialty Refrigerant Reclaiming Certificate (EPA Section 608) required.
