Compensation is $18.00 - $22.00 per hour, with 100% company-paid health insurance and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in residential HVAC installations.
• Valid Connecticut driver's license and clean driving record.
• Active trade school enrollment or completion preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support experienced technicians with service projects and installations.
• Clean, repair and replace residential and commercial equipment.
• Assist with learning equipment procedures and safety practices.
• Maintain a tidy, organized work area and professional conduct on site.
