Zeronet USA is a fast-growing energy efficiency company serving the DMV region. We seek a skilled HVAC Journeyman with an active license to install, service, and repair HVAC systems on commercial and multifamily projects in Towson area.

Work alongside the HVAC Division Leader and field teams to build out the HVAC division and represent the company in the field. You bring 4+ years of verifiable HVAC experience, a valid HVAC Journeyman license, EPA 608 Universal Certification, and strong

• 4+ years of verifiable HVAC experience (Journeyman-level).
• EPA 608 Universal Certification (required).
• Active HVAC Journeyman license or equivalent state certification (required).
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair HVAC systems including furnaces, air handlers, condensers, heat pumps, and ductwork.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control issues and perform necessary repairs.
• Ensure all installations comply with local, state, and manufacturer codes, company quality expectations, and job site safety requirements.
• Track and document daily production, including labor, materials, and completed work.
• Communicate regularly with the HVAC Division Leader about job progress, timelines, and any challenges or changes in scope.
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and specifications.
• Support and mentor apprentices by setting clear expectations and leading by example.

Our work includes commercial lighting retrofits, advanced lighting system upgrades, building envelope improvements, EV charging station installations, tenant fit-outs, and full-scope electrical work — and we're growing into HVAC services. Combining hands-on field expertise with innovative energy solutions, we help our clients reduce operating costs and improve overall building performance.

We're seeking a skilled, hands-on HVAC Journeyman with an active license to install, service, and repair HVAC systems on commercial and multifamily projects. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their craft, is dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated to grow with a company that's scaling quickly and investing in its people.

You’ll be actively involved in installations, service calls, and repairs, working closely with our HVAC Division Leader and field teams. This position plays a key role in supporting the buildout of our HVAC division and representing Zeronet USA in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair HVAC systems including furnaces, air handlers, condensers, heat pumps, and ductwork
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control issues and perform necessary repairs
• Ensure all installations comply with local, state, and manufacturer codes, company quality expectations, and job site safety requirements

What You Bring

• 4+ years of verifiable HVAC experience (Journeyman-level)
• Active HVAC Journeyman license or equivalent state certification (required)
• EPA 608 Universal Certification (required)
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of building codes, safety standards, industry standards, and safe operation of tools, lifts, and scaffolding
• Experience working on commercial and multifamily HVAC systems
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and schedules
• Able to lift 50+ lbs, work in confined spaces, and on ladders/lifts
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
