Qualifications

• Experience managing homeowners associations or similar communities.
• Knowledge of governing documents (CC&Rs), bylaws, and applicable laws.
• Ability to coordinate with boards, homeowners, vendors, and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the HOA board, homeowners, and residents.
• Attend board meetings, prepare agendas, packets, and minutes.
• Implement board policies and directives.
• Conduct property inspections to identify maintenance needs and covenant violations.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, landscaping, and capital projects.
• Solicit vendor bids and oversee contractor performance.
• Monitor budgets and assist with annual budget preparation.
• Process invoices and ensure timely payment of expenses.
• Oversee collections of assessments and liaise with legal counsel as needed.
• Enforce governing documents in a fair and consistent manner.
• Respond to inquiries and maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate insurance claims and emergency response activities when necessary.
• Maintain accurate association records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Prepare management reports and recommendations to the board.
