Job summary

CSC is seeking a Team Leader for the Business License Insurance team in Lewisville, TX. You will lead a team of Client Service Representatives, ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely Business License filings, while modeling strong communication and daily hands-on supervision.

The role involves developing KPIs, coaching, performance reviews, and escalations handling, with hybrid in-office and work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership experience in a customer service context
• Proven mentoring and staff development history
• Knowledge of performance metrics development and use
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
