Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Maintain air-handling units, rooftops, pumps, motors, coils, dampers, and related equipment.
• Diagnose deficiencies and restore equipment to proper operation.
• Respond to HVAC alarms and emergency conditions affecting patient care.
