Job summary

Connexion Point, an Integrity Marketing company, is seeking experienced Medicare agents for a remote, seasonal retention role. You will work with existing Medicare members, educating them about coverage, resolving concerns, and keeping them engaged with a service-first approach.

Base pay is $19.00/hour with an incentive program tied to quality, retention, and engagement. Training is paid, AHIP certification is covered, and licenses/renewals are supported.

Qualifications

• Active Health or Health & Life license required.
• Minimum 1 year of Medicare experience.
• Comfortable working across multiple software systems.
• Strong communicator with a service-first approach.
• Must be able to work at least one weekend day during AEP.
• Home office setup that meets remote work requirements.
• Willing to complete a background check.
• Basic computer skills and tech knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with existing Medicare members focusing on retention.
• Guide members through coverage options and next steps without high-pressure tactics.
• Meet performance expectations around call quality and schedule adherence.
• Keep supervisor and team updated on progress and issues.
• Attend team meetings and training sessions during the season.

This is a loyalty and retention role, not a traditional sales floor. You'll be working with existing Medicare members, helping them understand their coverage, resolving concerns, and keeping them engaged and informed.
