Job summary

Connexion Point is seeking experienced and licensed Medicare agents for a remote, United States-based role. You will support members through service-focused conversations, focusing on retention and education while resolving concerns and keeping members engaged during the AEP/OEP season.

The position offers a $19.00/hr base pay, seasonal incentive opportunities, and paid training with AHIP certification. Non-resident licenses renewals are covered, and continuing education credits are provided.

Qualifications

• Active Health or Health & Life license required.
• Minimum 1 year of Medicare experience.
• Comfortable working across multiple software systems.
• Home office setup that meets remote work requirements.
• Willing to complete a background check.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with existing Medicare members, focused on retention, education, and issue resolution.

This is a loyalty and retention role, not a traditional sales floor. You'll be working with existing Medicare members, helping them understand their coverage, resolving concerns, and keeping them engaged and informed. Once AEP begins (October 1), you'll move to your assigned production schedule from our Workforce Management team.
