Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Licensed Group Counselor to deliver group psychotherapeutic services under clinical supervision. This role does not provide clinical hours or one-to-one supervision and requires a Master’s degree in Social Work or related field with at least 1 year of healthcare experience.

Hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with one weekend day per pay period and some holidays.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or other related Mental Health Counseling field.
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience in a healthcare setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills that may include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms.

• Provide group psychotherapeutic services under the clinical supervision of an LCSW or LPC, in accordance with current standards of practice.
• This role does not provide clinical hours and is not intended for one-to-one therapy supervision.
