Job summary

Charles Schwab in Indianapolis is seeking a client-focused Call Center Specialist to provide financial guidance and build trusted relationships with clients. You’ll respond to inbound calls, own issues, and strive for the best solution while leveraging your FINRA licenses and CRM tools.

Starting pay ranges from $56,300 to $64,800 with a 10% annual bonus opportunity and additional eligible earnings, plus benefits. Flexibility for 24/7 coverage and a collaborative team culture are highlighted.

Qualifications

• 3+ lines of customer service experience or related client interaction is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or related field is required.
• FINRA licenses (Series 7 & 63) are required or in process.

We offer a competitive pay and bonus package. Starting compensation for this location ranges from $56,300 -$64,800 depending on related experience, plus an annual bonus opportunity of 10% of your base pay and other eligible earnings.

Required Qualifications

• Active FINRA Series 7 & 63 Licenses
• Flexibility to work any day, time, or shift to accommodate 24/7 contact center needs

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• 1+ years of client relationship experience
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or related field from accredited university
• Ability to adapt to changes in the market and business
• Robust communication, influencing and client engagement skills
• Desire to be part of a supportive and collaborative team
• Proficient in Client Relationship Management (CRM) platforms
• Strong candidates will also have previous experience in Financial Representative role
