Job summary

Thrivent Financial is seeking a remote Associate to provide licensed financial and non-financial support to Clearwater Financial Group and Thrivent Financial Advisors. The role focuses on securities, investment advisory products, and life/health/annuity products.

The Associate collaborates with Financial Advisors to develop business plans, prospects, and marketing efforts while serving Thrivent members and their families.

Qualifications

• Must be securities registered (Series 7 & 66 or 6 & 63).
• Must be appropriately licensed/appointed for sale of life/health and variable products.
• Must be registered/licensed in all states where support work occurs; willing to complete state training for LTC if needed.
• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.
• Knowledge of Thrivent Financial products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle confidential member communications and respond to inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
• Co-present product seminars/workshops as needed.
• Identify fund criteria and track against indexes for WRAP accounts.
• Participate in business planning for the Practice as needed.
• Advise members on suitable financial products and investment services.
• Open and complete product applications.
• Conduct research to support securities recommendations or advice.
• Obtain member financial and suitability information.
• Accept and enter securities trade orders from customers.
• Explain insurance coverage and analyze policies.
• Issue insurance certificates and endorsements.
• Assist Advisors with member meetings and follow-up.
• Collaborate with Advisors on product changes for clients.
• Support marketing services including direct-mail and seminars.
• Additional responsibilities per licensure.
