Thrivent Financial seeks an Insurance Associate to provide licensed support to Wisconsin Heartland Associates, assisting Financial Advisors on fixed life, annuities, and health insurance. You will help prepare cases, gather member information, and facilitate seminars to acquire and retain members.
You’ll handle confidential data, maintain compliance with licensure, and collaborate on marketing efforts. The role emphasizes customer service, multi-tasking, and accuracy in client interactions.
This position provides insurance licensed financial and non-financial support to Wisconsin Heartland Associates. This position serves as a resource to Financial Advisors focused on fixed life, annuities and health insurance and, working with a Financial Advisor develops and implements business and marketing plans to acquire, cultivate, and retain members. Responsibilities may include prospecting and marketing, case and proposal preparation, referral generation, and building a sense of “community” with and among members. The Insurance Associate reports to and is employed/contracted by the Financial Advisor. Thrivent Financial for Lutherans is the sponsor for insurance licensure.
