Qualifications

• Securities registered (series 7/66 or 6/63).
• Insurance licensed/appointed for life/health and variable products.
• Willing to complete state training for Long Term Care if needed.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Handle sensitive communications with members/customers and respond to ensure satisfaction.
• Co-present product seminars/workshops as needed.
• Counsel and advise on financial products and investment services.
• Open and complete product applications.
• Assist Financial Advisors with client meetings and product changes.
• Drive marketing services and referrals.
