Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of operating, maintaining, or repairing commercial HVAC systems experience required.
• Third Grade Engineer License required.
• Valid driver’s license and own transportation required.

Responsabilités

• Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot building mechanical systems and components (e.g. HVAC, boilers, water heaters, pumps, generators, ventilation, fluid lines/systems, electrical systems).
• Provide prompt, efficient, and responsive service.
• Coordinate and oversee contractors and complete work orders.
• Interpret drawings and blueprints for mechanical, electrical, and general facilities systems.
• Adhere to safety measures and comply with Civil Service Rules and county policies.
