Job summary

Legacy Health is seeking a Licensed Engineer responsible for maintaining and repairing physical plant systems, buildings and equipment to ensure a safe, efficient campus for patients and visitors.

You will operate, maintain and repair facilities, performing general maintenance and, when licensed, more complex electrical and/or plumbing work. The role excludes professional engineering practice, with licensure managed by licensed professionals where required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Additional education as required by license(s) held.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain and repair physical plant systems, buildings and equipment.
• Perform general maintenance; may perform more complex electrical and/or plumbing work depending on the license(s) held.
• This position does facilities maintenance, operations, and technical work and does not include professional engineering.
• Engineering design, calculations, and approvals requiring licensure are performed by licensed Professional Engineers where required.
