Job summary

Coldspring of Campbell County in Cold Spring, KY seeks a Licensed Facility Administrator to lead a state-of-the-art skilled nursing facility. You will oversee facility operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive resident and family satisfaction through proactive leadership and team collaboration.

The role emphasizes maintaining CMS quality standards, coordinating with department heads, and reporting to the regional leadership to ensure timely financial and operational performance.

Qualifications

• Desires working with elderly and aims for excellent patient/family/staff outcomes.
• Follows the facility Mission, Vision and Values to achieve great outcomes.
• Maintains an active Administrator’s License in the state where the facility is located.

Responsibilities

• Ensures facility is following all federal and state guidelines.
• Establishes a proactive and engaging relationship with the team members, families and community.
• Maintains direct oversight of the following operations in the facility, including but not limited to the following:
• Team Member Satisfaction by working through/with the facility department heads.
• Assists with team member issue management
• Patient/Responsible party satisfaction.
• Accounts receivable
• Quality of Care - Works to ensure the facility maintains at least a 4 star on CMS 5-star program
• Manages the CMS Quality Indicators
• Ensures the corporate office receives timely follow-up on requested items (i.e. AR issues/questions, Corporate monthly reports, Invoices, Payroll Summaries, Credit card expense reporting)
• Any and all duties as assigned by the Regional Administrator, COO and/or CEO.
