Job summary

Coldspring of Campbell County in Cold Spring, KY invites a licensed Facility Administrator to lead our skilled nursing facility. The role provides executive oversight of daily operations, regulatory compliance, and patient and family satisfaction in a state-of-the-art campus.

You will collaborate with department heads, manage accounts receivable and CMS Quality Indicators, and strive to maintain CMS 5-star performance while supporting staff and the community.

Responsibilities

• Ensures facility compliance with federal and state guidelines.
• Establishes proactive relationships with team members, families and the community.
• Oversees operations and coordinates with department heads on key areas like team member and patient satisfaction, AR, and CMS indicators.
• Maintains CMS Quality Indicators and CMS 5-star performance targets.
• Ensures timely follow-up of requests with the corporate office (AR issues, reports, invoices, payroll summaries).
• Performs duties as assigned by Regional Administrator, COO or CEO.

Come join our team in Northern Kentucky as a Facility Administrator in the at our state of the art, skilled nursing facility. This leadership position oversees and is responsible for the facility operations.

Salary: $115,000 to $160,000 based on experience and licensure

Come join our team as a Licensed Facility Administrator at our state of the art, skilled nursing facility. This leadership position oversees and is responsible for the facility operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensures facility is following all federal and state guidelines.
• Establishes a proactive and engaging relationship with the team members, families and community.
• Maintains direct oversight of the following operations in the facility, including but not limited to the following:
• Team Member Satisfaction by working through/with the facility department heads.
• Assists with team member issue management
• Patient/Responsible party satisfaction.
• Accounts receivable
• Quality of Care - Works to ensure the facility maintains at least a 4 star on CMS 5-star program
• Manages the CMS Quality Indicators
• Ensures the corporate office receives timely follow-up on requested items (i.e. AR issues/questions, Corporate monthly reports, Invoices, Payroll Summaries, Credit card expense reporting)
• Any and all duties as assigned by the Regional Administrator, COO and/or CEO.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Maintains an active Administrator’s License in the state where the facility is located
